Thinoptics.com Return Policy?
ThinOptics.com has a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If not 100% satisfied with the purchase, a refund or an exchange can be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. The exchange must be of equal value to the original purchase. To request an exchange or refund, the ThinOptics Warranty Department can be contacted via phone at 1-844-335-5100 or via email at support@ThinOptics.com. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product, while shipping fees are non-refundable (some exceptions apply). Customers are allowed one exchange of equal or lesser value per purchase. Requests due to breakage/defects will be validated via photograph/video. Returns requested due to preference will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where applicable by law. Proof of purchase from the original place of purchase will be required if purchased outside of ThinOptics site(s).
As for the shipping policy, orders are normally shipped within two business days. Domestic shipments are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days via DHL (International) and USPS (Domestic). International shipping times will vary depending on country/customs etc. A flat-rate is charged for standard shipping. For international orders, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address. Packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes ThinOptics to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that ThinOptics may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
