ThinOptics.com has a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If not 100% satisfied with the purchase, a refund or an exchange can be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. The exchange must be of equal value to the original purchase. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that ThinOptics may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
